Course Planning and Drafting with OCAD Clinic

It looks like we have at least 5 people interested in doing an OCAD clinic. Right now it looks like December 15th will be the date, probably at Ohio State University. The start time will be 10AM with 2 hours or so in the morning dedicated to using OCAD for course setting and making course maps and clue sheets. Clue will also be covered.

The afternoon session will be about 3 to 4 hours and will cover OCAD. Topics will include data input, map projections, computing magnetic deviation, scale, drawing modes, map symbolization, resizing map symbols, drafting scales, map layout, background maps, etc. Everyone attending will receive a CD of the club maps, a demo version of the current version of OCAD, the latest full free version of OCAD, a magnetic deviation program, Clue, and a course booklet with exercises.
