Objectives of the training camp Raphael last email: ''So far I think I am going to make a big focus on technical work such as contours and head up, simplification and golden route, compass/no_compass->the good use, relay skills, sprint skills, orienteering under the "pressure" of the team or the contact with the other runners, maybe an exercise on keeping focused"

Training camp will be open to adult Intermediate and advance orienteers, and older Junior that will be approved from the Junior Coach Justine Scheck.

Cost includes the training sessions, material, and accommodation.

The Accommodation will be at the Girls Guides of Canada Camp Jubilee in Cochrane.
* sleeping quarter are provided
* you will be responsible for your own meal, a kitchen will be available to us

The map that will be used for the training are still to be determine waiting permission but will hopefully include Rafter six Ranch, Bow Valley, Mount Laurie etc

Like every training camp, if you are interested to be an assistant coach, or to help with putting out and pick-up control please let me know by email.

The training camp cost :
Full AOA Members: $150
Club member only (EOOC or FWOC) & out of province participants: $170
Junior: $130

In order to be able to participate in the training camp, you must be a member of the AOA or FWOC/EOOC clubs, or IOF/Orienteering Canada affiliated provincial association
