Southern Kettle Moraine Challenge
2015 Adventure Race
What: A 8-9 hour adventure race in the scenic southern unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest that will include on- and off-road biking, paddling, trekking/running and great navigation.
When: Saturday, October 10, 2015. Mandatory pre-race meeting at 7:00am, Race start at 7:45 am. Packet pick up begins at 6am, we suggest
teams arrive from 6.00am-6:30 am.
Where: Mackie shelter , located at the North end of the Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest. See driving directions link.
Teams: Teams of 2 person co- ed, 3 person co- ed and 4 person co-ed teams. If you are a solo or can not find a co-ed team, you can still race in a open division.
Race Distances: Appox. 7-9 miles of real single track mt biking. 35-45 miles of road biking, 7 miles of paddling, 1 navigation map, trekking and some running.
