The people who live in Wyoming know what it means to be Cowboy Tough. But the Casper community wants to be a little more specific and has created a challenge to see if you are Casper Strong. Racers, as a soloist or as a team, will be provided a map and specific rules of travel and will have up to 12 hours to complete the adventure race. It will start at the North Platte River with a 12-mile run up 2,000 vertical feet to the top of Casper Mountain. Once at the top, complete several challenges, such as archery and just plain heavy lifting. Then it’s onto mountain biking, where you will have to complete two 6-mile loops on the Casper Mountain mountain bike trail. Then continue on bike for a swift 12-mile downhill ride to begin your 2-mile inner tube journey down the Casper Whitewater Park and a wet dash to the finish line. Are you Casper Strong?
