IMPORTANT DEADLINE:

If you want to run the sprint, you must register by midnight on Sunday 22nd May. Registration will stay open for another week for the forest courses.

The schedule for Team Trials will be:

Friday 5:30-6:30 Sprint race, Mount Holyoke. Course lengths TBC. Winning times will be 12-15 mins for red and blue course winners.

Saturday starts from 10: Long race
Blue approx 13.2 km
Red approx 9.6 km
Green approx 5.4 km

Sunday starts from 9am: Middle race
Blue approx 5.7 km
Red approx 4.8 km

Course lengths are subject to final course consultation. Note the addition of a green course on Saturday, for those non-triallers who don't wish to run quite so far.
