The Niagara Escarpment (aka the Giant's Rib) was a formidable physical barrier to early explorers in Ontario. Steep cliffs, rocky ground, and large creeks also made navigation difficult for these adventurers.The Raid the Rib Adventure Run takes place on the Niagara Escarpment so participants can expect lots of technical running and some interesting navigational challenges as they Raid the Rib. The Raid the Rib Adventure Run is race #3 of the Ontario Adventure Racing Series.
