The Ottawa Orienteering Club invites you to its Annual General Meeting, Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 4:15PM at the Tanglewood Community Centre, 30 Woodfield Drive, just west of Merivale.
The agenda will include reports from the executive, decisions about membership fees, election of the new Board of Directors and discussions about next year's activities, including the Canadian Orienteering Championships we are hosting.
Following the meeting there will be at pot luck dinner and social at 6:15. The evening wraps up at 8:45. Even if you are not coming to the AGM, please come and join us to share delicious food, good discussions and a few laughs. The juniors have been volunteered to put on some form of show and tell.
Don't forget to being your own cutlery and dishes.
