When is the last time you challenged yourself, while making a difference in your community? Here is your opportunity The Salvation Army’s Most Amazing Race is a scavenger hunt/ urban adventure race. Based off of the CBS show “The Amazing Race”, the race consist of physical (kayaking, biking, rock climbing) and mental challenges (dancing, food eat challenge, singing). 50 teams of 2 participants will scatter all over Pittsburgh in an effort to win $5,000. Each team must raise a minimum of $250 in order to participate in the event. The purpose of this event is raise funds and awareness to Salvation Army children and youth programs in Allegheny County. Come join the fun on October 1, 2011.
