Leg 1 with Henry.
It's been too long since I've done any bg stuff.
This was a tester and is very revealing about my current level of fitness.
Both up Skiddaw in decent enough time then I got dropped on the first decent. Same thing coming down Calva.
All changed on the blencathra climb. He went all quiet and had to dig in.
Decided on halls fell ridge for the decent. I hated it. He loved it. Prefer the mellow one to the left.
A great day out nevertheless.

Working offshore of Barrow on Walney extension. It's as bad as Burbo Bank and Race Bank so may be a bit more work here which could be handy for the fells.
Found this hotel close enough to a small hill for a run about

'on path' score event from Brindley bottom only I missed the path only part of it in the instructions.
Felt fat and sluggish but got round them all with 6 minutes to spare.
Then found I'd folded the map over a control right in the corner so missed that one.
