Attempt number 2 at a run with Laura. She needed me more for a chat than a run tonight so we didn't actually run much. I went 10.6km but most of that was walking!

Not sure why I keep entering and running longs. I don't enjoy them at the moment, I am not fit enough and I end up just trudging round. Unless it's an area I really love I would be much better off going for a long run, at least I might work a bit harder...
Few bananas, defs need to tighten up my compass work, but maybe what I need is a course that I actually focus on. 3, 5, 6, 12, 13 and then wasn't sure where I hit the track. Enjoyed the end part where I could actually run and there were lots of lambs!

Didn't really feel like anything today! Had vague plans for the gym but had stuff to sort with Andrew, bit of walking about to plan the hash run and did my teeny bit of stretch!

500m WU/D + 5 x 250m and a little bit extra at the end to take it to ~50mins.
First couple of efforts were ok but then defs slowed down a bit. Throat feeling a bit off and still so tired in general, will hopefully catch up a bit over the weekend.

Ran to a friend's and was supposed to be running with her but she is relatively new to running and overdid it yesterday so we walked instead. Did a bit of an extended loop home instead. Was very much a plod, everything sore apart from my knee which is, weirdly, much sorer walking than running...
