Easy while waiting for the circuits class to finish.

Strength and Conditioning 45:00 [1]

Same as ever: Bent knee iron cross, rollover into v-sit, rocking frog, fire hydrants (both ways), mountain climbers, cossack squats, rear foot elevated hip flexor stretch, hip rotations using TRX.
Thoracic stretches, goblet squat, KB SL hip hinge, Inch worm, press ups, Bulgarian squat, TRX, SL box squats, BOSU reverse lunge, walk with band on feet.
Then 10 ab exercises 30:10 + 90s plank.

Steady at St Leo's. Did some faster lengths in the middle, quite enjoyed it.

Up in Aviemore for work. Went out for a plod up Craigellachie at the end of the day. So happy I did, weather was beaut, views were beaut and I was feeling so much better than the last time I did this run in December, 5.5mins quicker...

Feeling ankle a little post run. Definitely firmly in that danger zone of needing to be careful so that I don't get injured...
