Need to be careful not to overdo things when I am busy in life, no point in training when my body is exhausted. Learning the hard way.

STAG score, Strathclyde Country Park.
All going fine until about 45mins in when my heel got very sore, thankfully just another blister but slowed me down a lot. Orienteering was a bit sloppy, need to concentrate a bit better even when it's easy.
No WD as I needed to get my shoes off asap.
