West Roxbury, MA; West Rox 8-mile loop, legs felts good, although my body in general didn't feel all that great, though probably still purging all the beer I had on Friday night, the bottom of my left foot didn't hurt which did make me feel much better, though am still going to ice it and take some Advil today, beautiful summer morning
