To make it a bit more difficult, I was talking in phone with Tapsa during the training. Last 1000m started to be a bit tough as I haven't been running hard a lot during this spring, but still quite okay feeling. I feel like running around 4min/km is not a problem and feels easy, but under that and around 3.30 I start to hit a wall. So probably reducing the training Kms and increasing the pace. Or at least keeping easy ones as really easy and then making hard ones clearly harder.
