WR Day 2. Much better run and kept motivation the whole way round. Reasonably clean apart from a few bananas. Toasty! Actually a very enjoyable area and course, although tough underfoot.

WR Day 1. Felt a long way in the heat, but really enjoyed the tough terrain overall, much better than a typical WR scratty forest. Took a few dodgy routes and was going well first half, then got tired and motivation waned.
