short one up Dumyat before getting lunchtime train back,really struggling at the start to get HR up (breathing hard though). seems as though my legs have partially forgotten what hill climbing is. a few strava segments PR confuse me a bit, but I did have a good tailwind going up.
nice weekend, looking forward to much more in April.
