yep L knee still pretty screwed. Trying to get into the docs but no luck today. Quite a bit of swelling still on below and outside the left knee cap. Knee feels very grindy when moving laterally, pretty horrible. Skin making good progress though but still quite gooey. Walking is speeding up a little but still very slow.
Coming to realise this will probably keep me out for a couple of weeks, damn. On the plus side, it gives me the chance to focus on work.
Fell and hurt my L knee last night. running along a grass verge by road and tripped on one of those rocks people put out to stop people driving on the verge. Went flying into the road, impact on L elbow and L knee, before grating to a halt in the road. Both knee and L elbow cut up, but bruising / impact to L knee is the worrying injury.
L Knee pretty bruised and struggling to bend beyond about 20 degrees. The graze cut is not that bad (no way near as deep as R knee in 2012) but from the swelling on the left hand side of the lower left knee it's clear it took a great whack.
L knee feels a bit grindy. Oh well. Was thinking I'd be back to running in a few days last night, but think it may be weeks tonight. Boo hoo indeed.

Enjoyable. Running wise ft gd considrring id stood at road crossing for 2 hours and intervals yest. Spoon up #16 where I navigated off unmapped distinctish tree maybe 1.25 min but thankfully ant hung the kite nicely so didnt lose too much time.
