"long" run out to Epping. A great little adventure. Beautiful sunshine, crisp morning, lovely forest. A little bit of a faff at the end trying to find Epping tube station but everyone was very friendly in pointing me in the right direction.

L shin tugging away quite a bit and was painful when rolling prior.

Got back to find six police cars cordoning off the my road...

Wanstead Parkrun

On time for the start this time. Paced it relatively well and just edged ahead of two kids for 3rd place, one of which was cutting the corners on the football pitches which was a bit annoying.

Could feel the shin on the warm up but survived the parkrun itself fine I think.
