Randomly met Jamie P in Sainsburys car park so nice company with him on the run. Thankfully he was kind with the pace for me, so I was just about OK to speak.

Knee a bit sore at the end on the road, but pretty good afterwords. Looking forward to the Scottish.

As a group again up Dumyat, again feeling a bit tired and unfit but soldiered on. Again really nice weather and views so everyone seemed to have a good time, happy days.

Lovely day on the Ben Lawers ridge with Sarah, Hazel & Joe.

Much nicer to do it end-to-end this time and an intermittent sun handed me some good sunburn. Didn't feel particularly strong, but it was nice that we were all able to stay pretty much together the whole way, with only a few cheeky races to the last bit of each of the 7 munroes.

Followed by lots of pizza and le tour.

cheeky evening run with Sarah, felt pretty bad fitness wise and also knee a bit sore but not surprising given I've basically been in at work sedentary for 12 hours each day at least apart from Friday.
