knee was really bad last two days after cycling. Think I've nailed the main cause of these knee issues as cycling as my knee was previously v bad in December after returning to the bike. Will have to get a professional to look at fitting me to the bike.
knee felt bit swolen and clicky, very awkward walking around walk and sensitive to touch.

Hilly one out west after long day at work. Slightly over did it and was out till 9.15pm but luckily still enough light. Struggling to get the HR up too high - got the saddle quite low so hard to generate wattage but higher and I get knee and arse issues.....
Knee a bit iffy when out there but OK when got back.

Planned for a long run but as usual ran out of time... so stuck with a nice run back from Blidworth woods via Blidworth and Harlow.
Feeling so tired before when I was walking the dogs before but perked up as soon as I started. Managed to get my mind into that rather spiritual state where I was just gliding along, mulling all things over in my head.

Enjoyable area and course but didn't orienteer particularly well, especially on #15 when I went looking around for a distinct tree when it was a rootstock oops. Otherwise good. Knee a bit clicky in evening.
