Scottish night champs.
Risked the shin a bit by doing a bit of O but the ground was so soft I thought I could get away with this through the terrain and uphill. Could feel the shin throughout but was only in pain from around 2/3rds round once starting to descend (where I had to walk).
On the orienteering front, reasonably successful apart from mispunching at number 2 (found a similarish feature close by and I wasn't bothering to check codes). Really enjoyed just pootling around watching all the headtorches ont he hill with lovely views down to Edinburgh.

walked a bit of the polmaise night O. shin pretty bad generally and definitely no running tonight.
L Shin is pretty bad. sore yesterday and no point in trying to run today. spent vast majority of awake hours of the last two days staring at computer screens anyway.
