orienteering 50:35 [4] 3.9 km (12:58 / km)

OD Brandon Wood & Piles Coppice Short Green. Admin error at #6 - thought I was at 7 so went away and came back - lost 2 mins - doh! #12 not good - overshot - another 1 - 2 mins lost. Took easy but longer route choices on 14 and 16 cf JEP who beat me by a minute!! Running fast but thinking about ribs rather than what I was doing possibly. 8 controls in the lovely Piles Coppice - compass practice was good. Got a bit stuck in brambles close to 11 and 14 which is why I then took safe but longer routes!
