Sunderland. Some new pinks. Nearly flashed the pink 7a, just read it wrong heading onto the top section. Still some hard moves to go - next time!

Lap of the moor above Blackton Grange. Achilles getting a little sore but running fairly well. Left hip not too bad. 20 mins to the wall (same as yesterday), 34 by the next wall, 39:30 crossing wall heading north, 50:30 at the road, 57:00 at the turn to the Pennine Way, and 62 back at the Grange.
