More training, flowing quite nicely, trying to take in some terrain.

Orange circuit at Rocher des Potets. A lot of grunty top-outs. Tired.

Training in Mare des Pressoirs. Left hip painful, tweaked left ankle. Hilly.

Half the orange circuit at Canche aux Merciers. Rained a lot after the first problem, rest was climbed on wet rock, but was very peaceful. Lovely. Ended up hanging on left arm at some point, but not too bad the next day.
