Gentle jog on flat field. Pain in right achilles on road to get there, and for first lap of field, eased off for second lap. Walked back up the hill. Overall: not a great situation.

DCC. Rammed with students. But new blue, purple and white so got some stuff down. Fingers a bit sore as not held a hold for a while!

Rainton loop in reverse. Windy, hard work. Chest sore as first exercise for two weeks. Left knee sore.
