One cold route at Hardknott then a flurry of routes at Hare Crags. Including the rather tough Magnetron! Back to lakes grades...

Ran round the Dodds with Duncan. A little cold, wet and windy, but lovely to be out. Knee not too bad as only jogging. Both glutes and hamstrings rather tight, especially left leg.
