Selection of core, press-ups, yoga and stretching in the quietest corner I could find.

Swimming seems fine for my foot. I can feel it but it doesn't react like weightbearing. Focus on that and getting strong I guess!

Half way to Cornwall and slept in the van near Slimbridge.

Four sets on the bar:

Leg raises x 10
Assisted pull-ups x 5

Five mins rest.
Two pull-ups every minute until failure (just) on 5th set. Better than expected!

Press-ups 10 x 3 felt hard!
Crunches 10 x 3
Bicep curls 6.5kg 10 x 3
Tricep dips 10 x 3
Negatives x 3
Warm down.

Foot (and lower leg) sore just walking to and from work.

Wander around Brockholes while Shane went orienteering. I have developed a sore right foot (top) in the last week or so. Not sure why or how. Possibly extensor tendinitis.
2 PM

Climbing 2:30:00 [3]

Routes with Shane in between coats of paint. Seven routes up to 6c, one onsight and one with a rest. Fortunately climbing doesn't hurt my foot. Five on autobelay to finish.
