with Marella. tight muscles everywhere, more foam rolling required. but it was easier than last time and helped my lower back.

cycling in the sunshine, lovely day to be out. tired after about 50km, I could do with finding a shorter loop.

bit of a drive to go for a hill run but totally worth it, Mournes looked awesome today. Picked a short route, Meelbeg- Bearnagh-Meelmore, but plenty of climb/descent. still being way too cautious on the descent but enjoyed myself anyway. wee rest on top of bearnagh to enjoy the view.

still lots of sunshine so headed to tollymore for a walk/stretch the legs. still one of my favourite places in northern Ireland. actual time ~90mins.
