Left foot back to normal.
Email Monday morning for a viewing and had to shoot up to dublin on the train. Ended up getting the apartment but couldn't fit in training. Got back late yesterday with food in my stomach so went to gym instead.

So while my foot is being an pain in the ass, I'm going to do two sessions a day, morning gym/cross trainer, and evening swim.
left, like, arch (but not the main part of the arch, closer to the heal of my foot) got a bit sore during wednesday's run, then was still sore yesterday but a gym session was over due anyway.
It's still sore today when i walk when wearing any shoes. The problem is most shoe's arch support kinda presses up into it which is what agrivates it. I can't feel it when walking barefoot at all.
Thought it was a one day thing, but this is day three and its pretty annoying. Bit too much of a conindence that it happened when i got the new vazees but i dont know.. It doesn't matter what pair of shoes i wear at the moment it still agrevates it.
Like I'm sure it'll be fine in a few days but it's still a major annoyance at the moment.
