Sometimes you just have to get out and do it. Waited all morning for a break in the rain but eventually decided it wasn't going to stop so just headed.
Cairn wood - Clandeboye loop. Lots of trees down and muddier than I've ever seen it.

The return to Scrabo. Someone's been destroying the top path chopping down trees left, right and centre. Pretty sad to see but hopefully they'll clear up after themselves eventually

Intervals with the group in Lancaster, following some weird session thought up by John. I was quite a lot faster than the rest of them, but it wasn't too bad as a first session in a while.
Also went for a walk up Ingleborough with Helen earlier so three hours of walking is probably acceptable substitute for doing a longer run
