East Anglian champs, Tunstall Forest. Basically a long orange for 75% of the course. Lots of blocks of forest runnable in one direction meant paths were the best options for almost the entire way. Hesitated twice, and apart from that just solid fast running and flow the entire way. 1st by quite a long way
