JK men's Intermediate Relay - 3rd leg

Pretty easy course. Bit similar to JHI relays but easier. No mistakes. Came in 11th but non competitive because running with IJS. 4th on my leg, 59 s down on fastest time.

JK long - Llangynidr

Much better than yesterday. Messed up end of the long leg after losing map contact, then messed up 18 for the same reason. Bit of messing on 21

Probably could have run faster too.

Overall JK 19th - would have been top ten without stupid mistakes so I not too bad. Need to cut out the mistakes in the next year. Hopefully Irish champs will be better - fewer negative features at least.

JK middle - Merthyr Common

Pretty clean for most of it, one massive mistake - spent 9minutes on a parallel error on 2. Used a lot more compass after that. Apart from that one mistake, lost about 60s I think
