I have this theory that the worst thing about the 7:30 am Deer Park hill reps is the warm up. Sprinting to keep up with the boys all the way uphill from UCD to the park, still half asleep. Maybe next time I'll just lurk in Deer Park overnight until they arrive so I don't have to do the warm up..

Intervarsities.
Had an almost perfect run, felt physically strong which is always good news.
Busy weekend helping out at this and the UCDO sprint event yesterday but it was great to get some volunteering in before I head to America.
