Body a bit sore from the weekend so just swam today. They have a great outdoor pool here.

Trail run up Flagstaff with this great group of trail runners that I met. Had to run there and home so I'd say I did more than 20k with like 400/500 m climb, didn't have my Garmin on for the whole time because I was admiring those spectacular viewwwwwssss. I love love mountains.
The group meets every Saturday morning somewhere in the mountains around Boulder for a run and then they go for breakfast after, I'll definitely run with them again. Had to skip breakfast though because I was going for a hike with the other internationals. Not going to log that but it was absolutely AMAZING, up to Royalty Arch and back. So icy out but breathtaking scenery. Almost sure this was the best day of my life (so far).

I wanted to go to a hiking club meeting on the other side of town but don't have a bike yet so ran up this nice path beside the Bear creek river (Bear Creek is where I live) to the meeting, and then back into town to meet my friends at the uni.
This place is amazing.

Stumbled across this absolutely gorgeous set of trails just North of the town. Ran up a trail called Enchanted Mesa up into the Rockies and then down a trail called Four Pines. So so beautiful. Incredible view of the city and the mountains.
