Only got half a row this evening because we had 5 people. I rowed in the #3 of a four and swapped out half way. Super nice evening on the water. I felt pretty good but video shows that I need to finish with my hands higher and as always focus on rolling up earlier.

Indoor erg session with the club. We canceled going out on the water because of the wind. We did a 1k piece at about 26 stroke rate and I finished in 3:41. We did a few other bits of rowing as a group.

Biking race (MTB) 33:00 [5]
shoes: Red Dragon SS

Farm Fresh Scramble race on the SS. It was pretty much the same course as in the past except they added the "toilet bowl" or "spiral of death" and a couple more zig-zags right before the steep hill. I finished 5th in the race this year. I was feeling tired even after the warmup lab, but once I got racing I was doing better. Kid #1 did the beginner race of 2-laps (my race was 4-laps) and he did great. Fun day.
