SUCH A NICE DAY
Did a solo ride and decided to check out route 68 which I was a bit worried about since I thought it would be busy. It wasn't bad at all and the road was really wide so there was a lot of space.
Knees are starting to do that thing where they hurt when I exercise so I guess I have to do those exercises I was instructed to do last year during track. I need a stretchy elastic band thing and a rope ....

Did the super sprint loop with Elizabeth. She just got clipless pedals and said "Omg I love these things! It's so much easier!"... what a good girl lol. It was very very very windy (wind advisory windy) but we made it. Temperatures was super great, 75 and partially sunny. I may do the 18 miler with her next, but it's supposed to rain all this week so idk when.
That was probably the last warm day until next year!
