Not feeling great but there was a junior a few minutes in front so had some motivation. Puntered to no 1, caught him at 2, did some walking and getting confused to 4. Knew there was a risk of going too low if I followed a trod downhill out of 7, but I still did go too low. I didn’t get 13 properly but didn’t think I lost 90s!
Got Meg’d and Maliphant’d.
I think I’m getting old. Left knee has decided to hurt, back, shins too. Going to blame too many laps of the track :-/
