Note

Legs very heavy this morning and chest not great. Found the 3 flights of stairs tough going, not a positive start to the work day and does not bode well for the weekend.

Around Annacotty and Castletroy, with a nip into UL for distance. Stitch again :-( Felt slower than it was so one positive but faded around the 7.5-9.5km mark. Felt better the closer I got to home!
