Randomise PV. 2.5k slow up to Forge Dam, at 7min/k pace. Then faster back down 2.5k at 6min/k pace. Found this quite pretty hard but felt good to be moving a bit faster. On my current weight, it felt like I had significant momentum on the downhill.
