Not much time as busy season starts up, but since it was such a warm day outside I had to try it out. Short but punchy run along the west humber trail at lunch.

Forgot how much I loved these short max yourself out races - my hands were warm! A couple bobbles, but nothing too bad. I like having a handicap of zero because it gets me more practice out there, but there is no way I am good enough or fast enough to contest with it. Raced that last 2 or 3 controls two other guys and we battled it out pretty good. Was able to catch one, but not the other.

Afternoon hike with Squirt in Glen Haffy, logged at 50% of time. Didn't see anyone out there even though it was amazing conditions.

Running (Road and Trail) 45:00 [3]

Loop around town and was able to link together a very good mix of roads and trails (about 50/50).
