Out and back run with Paul on rail trail in town. Looked a lot nicer outside when I was looking through the window. Oh well, was good to get out there and get this in.
Weights/Resistance Training 20:00 
Really had a tough time getting out of bed today, weekend still has me drained. Did a 20 min amrap in the basement: 10 burpees, 20 pushups, 30 sit ups, 40 squats, 50 sec plank. Did 4 rounds plus 10 burpees to finish the 20. Felt sluggish.
