3 rounds of body weight workouts in basement - squats, lunges, core work and pushups, band work for back. Didn't think I would ever say this but I miss burpees. Just want something more high intensity at this point.

Since I'm not allowed to run anymore and my biking is really limited to cruising speed, I'm logging my walking for these last 10 weeks of pregnancy. Not as long today but got something in.

Yoga early am to stretch out back, quite tight from all the yardwork last two weekends.
