Mt Sutro then a little loop in the park. Wet and slippery in the forest so took things nice and easy. A little brisker in the park but keeping it easy. Followed by some core and glutes.

Up the mountain with Fernando and Patrick from Durango. Summit in 42 was a struggle. The sunrise more than made up for the sleep deprivation.

Track Tuesday. My reintroduction coincided with a taper week before nationals, so 2x1 mile (at 5.10ish) and then 4x300 (at FK what pace, not much faster). Felt fast on the warm-up, but feel like a single speed runner at the minute - couldn't get it up. Everyone complaining how cold it was - Californians...

Easy pace along the highway then Steven's Creek until La Avenida. Past Google and out to the end of the shore before back on Shoreline trail. Calves and feet a little sore from Saturday.
