Speedy hills with Tara and Chartlotte. 3 sets of 5x10s (1min bw sets), then 3 sets of 5x20s (2mins bw sets). legs getting tired by the end, but managed to keep getting to the same point. Fun!!
Then went swimming in Cotter river which was suuuuper fuuuuun yeeaaayyy

Redhill twilight event. waw so this went well.... LOL. not feeling particularly keen. spent most of my time walking up the hills, wandering round getting confused and then walking/standing still some more. all in all, how not to orienteer

intervals round black mountain fire trail - i actually found it pretty hilly... the hills on the way back were a bit struggs but i guess good practice running off the top of hills! 4 x 8mins (2mins). good to have shallot and tara to run with:) was also pretty consistent (1.80, 1.81, 1.83, 1.85).

Talk O with Ewan B. we also stopped at each control to talk through the plan for the next leg. this was good and got me to actually do what i said i planned to do! Ewan was a bit of a nutter through the terrain and was running faster than me but i managed to keep up (just about)

part of the World cup long from when it was in Badja in 2000. ran it with Matt Stocks running behind me (he wanted to try and keep contact with the map as we were going along). First few controls really good, even on a 1:15000 scale which i usually struggle with. then it got a bit thick on one slope and was reaaallly slow going (shoulda gone round).. anyway was fun and then collected some other controls on the way back. Actually was good to have someone run behind me as it made me focus a lot more!

WU jog plus ultrasprint. had to walk a bit after I fell over and bashed my L knee on to a rock after only 4 controls.. good 1.

Relocation course with Ollie. Went pretty well actually! Really fun!! Loving the area woooooo

jog plus middle course using SI. good fun apart from messed up the longer legs, #9 & #10.

Night O course! did the short one bcos i am terrible at nightO. my torch wasn't particularly terrific so i had a bit of a hard time trying to find obvious things like big rocky hills and stuff. also my distance judgment in the dark is really bad! anyway it was still fun!
