O intervals on Cooleman ridge with Alison, Tristan, Paddy, Atte & Shallot.
Very rainy but super fun! :) lots of small loops with forkings and stuff. walked to the next start of each :) not feeling v fast at all and calf getting sore towards the end. everyone was just dropping me in the first minute.
guess it was useful doing some rocky slope O before the weekend tho

hanging tapes on black mt. can't say it went well as there were soooo many huge spiders and also map detail wasn't fantastic lol. just hunting round for non existent termite mounds was fun

intervals with the crew!
3 x (2mins, 1min, 1min) 60s b/w reps & 2mins b/w sets.
really fun and managed to push myself hard as my calf was okay today, just tight at the end! :)
good having everyone there and people to run with:)

6 x 10s sprints, walk inbetween and then cool down yog with Pauly C round the oval/bog
