Concrete/road run long (90 min) 1:30:00 [4] 7.5 mi (12:00 / mi)

If last weeks run was themed "Toto, I think we're still in KS"", then this week's theme is "Sky blue and 102". There are large parts of this route that don't have shade. Especially on the way back, I just had to walk them.

I'm pretty tired and tomorrow's recovery run may not happen.

Hope your move to Montana goes without any complications. I know it must be is so satisfying to start a new chapter.

The strides went ok, but that was about it. It was so humid out that I think I started to develop gills. I struggled to breathe for over 35 minutes before it settled down. I get very frustrated, but hopefully when summer is over everything will get back to normal.

Mountain bike ride (Mtn bike ride) 1:00:00 [3]

Rode a trail near my work. It hasn't been well maintained. At one point there was a small uphill ledge. I found my line and committed. Right as I started up, I noticed the limbs waiting for me. I got scratched up but I made it.

Pretty good run. I didn't quite make an average of 9:40. I started the 1st mile at 9:50 but after 3 minutes moved it to 10 min pace. Next was at 9:50 3rd at 9:40. By the 4th, I couldn't make 9:30. I was able to finish the last 2 minutes at 9:30 but that was it.
