10x Attunga St.
250m 20% gradient with a set of stairs 3/4 of the way up.
Aim was to do 10 reps even if it meant walking some. Crumbled a bit in the middle reps but managed to push through it.

Walked back down slowly after each rep because it was too steep for my knees to jog down. Tried a lap around the block after the 7th rep but that was quite steep too. A good physical and mental conditioner.
Need to do some more core work to help form/posture after my legs & energy levels are gone.

Coincidently Ondrej was there punishing himself 4hrs earlier!
