Easy run out and back on canal path. Right foot a bit stiff and achy today and left knee a bit sore after yesterday's long run, but no problems otherwise. Strides to finish.

Moderate run on road. As I bonked last week doing a similar session, I decided to do today's session in the same place, around lake Vyrnwy. Much better run this time, despite it being freezing cold again. Wore an extra layer and skiing gloves! Run felt comfortable up to about 21/22 miles (2hrs 20ish), but then had to work a bit harder to keep the same pace. Felt my legs tighten up at 24 miles (2hrs 32ish), so I backed off for the last 10 or so minutes. First mile was easy, all miles up to 24 were under 6:30, (all km s under 4), last 1.7 miles at just over 7s. Good run, just stiffened up at the end.

Easy run, mostly off road. Followed the offas dyke path for a change today. Sole of my right foot was a little sore after yesterday so thought some softer ground would help. Ok today. Strideouts to finish.
