Easy run out and back along canal path with strides to finish. Felt a bit tired throughout today's run, but got it done anyway. Hopefully just a result of a hard session yesterday.

Jono's hill reps up Cader Idris in the snow! 20' easy warm up then 8 x 3' with 2' roll-on, easy run down. Finished the last 2' roll-on just short of the summit. Got the first 5 reps done before hitting the snow which was pretty deep in places, making it difficult to keep a good pace, but the effort was still hard. Another good session.

Easy run along the canal. Felt like going out for another run this evening after having a couple of rest days in the last 3 days. Felt fine.

Recce of Llanbedr-Blaenavon race route (Start to top of Blorenge then back down to van). Good solid run. Had to leave the van near to where I finished the run and biked up to where it starts from (about 6-7 miles). Weather was poor with gales on the tops. Felt a little sluggish at the start of the run, not sure if this was because I didn't run yesterday due to finishing work late, but then my legs seemed to wake up after 15-20 minutes. Was also carrying my rucksack with my bike shoes etc, so a little bit of a handicap. I wasn't going to go up the last climb at first, but as I got back to the van quite quickly, I decided it was worth it. All in all, a good, enjoyable run.
