Easy run with strides to finish. Felt ok after session yesterday, legs fine, a little tired towards the end of the run, but no issues.

Uphill tempo session on Cader Idris. 23' warm up, then effort to the summit (35:42), moderate descent and easy to the car. Legs still feeling good, ran the effort nearly one and a half minutes quicker than last week. Happy with that.

Moderate pace run, felt really good today, probably as good as I've felt in a while. Pace was very comfortable despite being quite hilly. Very enjoyable run.

Easy run with technical exercises to finish. Felt really tired before the run after my night shift and lack of sleep, but the run was great, floating along really, no issues.
