Another LBG circuit with a 4 member peleton. Had to share the prize money on the hill sprint as Paul helped block Des from passing and making it easy for me to scoot over the last bit to collect the glory. Cool conditions today and windy on the way home - made for brisk riding.

Ran from Cook shops with Grant and climbed Mt Painter before finding some flatter areas to run on. Post run the coffee was so so at the little oink - but they did not have pulled pork on the menu - so we were informed.

Pooch walk to top of Mt Taylor followed by another walk around Sculptures in the Paddock later in the day. Time and distance a guesstimate.

Pleasant morning for running at Burley Griffen park run. Started at a measured pace and maintained a reasonable pace for the race. Legs felt a bit weary from training so pleased with the result.

Tour de Lake with Liz as part of her training program for the Vic Bike Ride. Lovely riding weather. For variety in life rode the lake route in the reverse direction. Had a short stop at site of WW1 training trenches near Duntroon which they are sign posting etc. Also they are setting up a above ground simulated trench but without the mud and misery of the real thing. Coffee refill at the arboretum with the mtb crowd before dancing on the pedals up the 25 per cent hill climb to our house.
