From Little oink at Cook shops to the Pinnacles O map - around the outside and back - ran with Grant - a few hills today which needed some walking. Average stride length 0.88 metres according to Mr Garmin. Finished off with coffee and egg and bacon roll at Little oink - surpised they offered bacon given name of coffee shop. Running shoes real light after wearing walking boots over the weekend that weighed 800 grams each.

Day 3 of Light to Light walk - another stunner. Wildlife count over the 3 days included: whales and more whales, dolphins, stingray, sea eagles, LBBs, shearwaters, cormorants, wombats, wallabies, roos, goannas, lots of lyre birds. Carried 13 kg today and that felt comfortable.

Day 2 of Light to light walk. Felt pack today and after offloading 2 kgs to others then took on 3 kg of water for the last 4 Kms to the lovely beach camping spot. Lots of wildlife again.

Light to Light walk with M and G and Liz - 30 kms over 3 days - whales are migrating south so lots seen. Great cliff walks and amazing variety of terrain. Started at Green Cape lighthouse - destination is Boyd Tower. Carrying about 15 kg but had to pick up 4 lites of water with 2 kms to go to the camp spot.
