Wed ride shifted to Thurs due to the heat - peloton of 4 and so much cooler - actually felt chilly riding. Second in the hill sprint and fair pace set on the ride because of the cooler conditions.

With Liz and pooch to walk up and down Mt Taylor - quite a few stops by the pooch to cool down on the way up. another warm one by Canberra standards so good to walk earlyish.
