Ankle is feeling great!
Long run with Stefanie, with some good hill climbing. We started at the Goat Creek and hiked up EEOR, to the meadow only. The trail was snow covered, few tricky sections, I am glad I had poles and spikes! It was super windy, I could not warm up despite going up. We took it very easy on the way down, stopped at the car for quick re-fueling and headed on the High Rockies trail for 3hr run. We came back to the parking lot with 10 minutes to spare, so we run along the road to make it to 5hrs. My energy levels were low most of the run, perhaps the strong headwind during our climb just drained me....who knows.
I got it done;)

Nice and easy run with Carbon after work, on the Montane. The trail was icy and uneven. On the way back I rolled my ankle....twice! It hurt a lot and I was limping on the downhills.
