endlich mal wieder bei Athletik-Training
wunderschönes Wetter, beste Laune, genau the thing to do nach 10h in der Uni rumhocken.

10x150m (je 22-24s)
Trabpausen 2-3min und 5min in der Mitte
Fühlte sich plötzlich wieder gut an. Vielleicht noch nicht 100% erholt, aber die Beine wollten wieder. Sehr spaßig in netter Gruppe.
