Tour de Swiss Challenge - Tour de Suisse 7 Disentis-Sedrun - Andermatt - training ride 7.14 miles (first four miles of climb, then rest of climb and flat top to beginning of steep descent), 1:05:42 elapsed, moving time 1:00:33 (five minute stop to help Anne in kitchen). 124 avg watts, 344 max watts, 1.89 W/kg avg, 5.21 W/kg max, 76 rpm rouvy, 7.07 mph avg, 4-6 W/kg surge for 1 whatever, 5 seconds in Zone 7. 1532 feet of gain out of total 2100 total for full ride (skipped over about 500 feet of climbing).
Garmin data: Short warmup and Rouvy regular calibration coast down 3.09 seconds. First section 31:47 for 4.1 wheel miles, 7.7 wheel mph, 137 avg, 147 max hr. Second section 24:48 for 3.7 wheel miles, 7.5 wheel mph, 141 avg, 151 max hr.
Note: Power surge was when testing old 13t cog for skipping. No problem found.
