WU, 5k tt, WD. Was hoping for sub 19, but I’ll have to give it another go. Garmin connect says around 44m of climb, seems accurate, with two slower km’s, but the distance was funny, I felt like I had to run an extra 200m to make it to 5k, but Strava distance matches my watch.
