Flye Pt/Harriman, Bay Rd back plus boatyard to check on WT. Alone. L knee hurt towards end - maybe worse for it to stand up on hills?

Driveway & Loon Cove. Tried move feet a bit smoother/faster, keep even between legs - not let L stride forward too much. Best run yet since restart. Knees OK during run. Some "groin" ache on left after when doing leg lifts - keep eye on that. Was it due to running or some side issue?
