Training Log: Old Daniel

Tinsel Trot, still pretty good running conditions. Start was a bit of a struggle as felt pretty heavy legged but then ran quite well and a good time time to the Trig 68.27. A bit slower on the way back but still pretty pleased with the time. Just need to get back into the groove this week

Needed to regroup a bit after an unusual week. So went a ran Portbury loop and tried quite hard. Did loose a bit of time with the summer vegetation but also a bit slower than recently. Still quite pleased and did enjoy being outside

With Dave Kingham from Seven Springs to Cheadworth and back
Grey but mostly dry day and seemed to be going quite quickly. Not feeing strong and quite glad to finish
