Day 1: Going to try and run everyday in March. Rules as follows: minimum 5k or 1 mile with a strength routine. This will give me achance to rest my foot if needed. Feels good so far though.

Timed myself for the first time in a while. 9 minutes for a reasonably relaxed 400m. Used to take me 10 and i was knackered at the end.

Legs only. Focussed on my squats in a shop window.

Saturday Feb 25 #

Running race (English national cross co) 51:49 [5] 12.5 km (4:09 / km)

Tough as hell. Feel like I ran OK and I am pretty pleased with how my foot feels now. Got nice and muddy. Was a lot harder and further than the cross country the other week and I was quicker so pleased with that.
