Tonight was hard work. Legs were stiff at the start and I contemplated reducing the session, decided against it. Did 5x 1600m with 1 minute jogging recovery. First was 5.55 and then the rest were 6.03. I used my tomtom to measure and ran around Birdcage Walk/ The Mall. Everytime I do intervals there I am slower than Battersea park as a comparison. Pretty pleased overall despite being slightly slower than hoped.
