Legs are really tired. Going to do parkrun tomorrow with Alison and then have an easier week. Have a 10km on the 2nd of July. Pretty pleased with the miles the last few weeks. Will try and reach 70km per week soon.

5 x 1 mile with a 2 minute recovery. Started with two faster reps 5.37. I felt good but slowed down for the next two and did 5.50ish. The last one I did 5.37 again. Felt good. Shin is tender, have a 10k on the 2nd July. So will do a 10 miles on sunday and then easy from there with some shorter speedwork.
