Back is not so sore after adding better insoles to my shoes

The plan was to do a warmup + increasing pace by 10s every 1km for 7km (ie: 5:00 min/km, 4:50, 4:40, 4:30, 4:20, 4:10, 4:00) + warm down. Along the Torrens.
Here’s what happened: warm up + 4:59, 4:43, 4:32, 4:46 (yikes!), 4:27, 4:15, 4:08 + warm down
haha I tried. Will give it another go in a few weeks I reckon.

We saw two puppies on this long run, TWO! I had to pick up one and run back down the hill to put it back because it didn’t understand how to turn around and go home. Adorable.
