Ormskirk, pacer run. Set off at a slightly faster pace and eased off. Cold still present, but manageable at this pace.

Treadmill set to mimic Ormskirk parkrun. First run since cold started - not completely recovered yet, but ok for a go and survived quite well, though it was hard work.
