"3-5mi easy". Started on Bridges, but went for a tour of Gillibrands. Still achy after last night's run.

Fairy Glen on a rainy night. Very slippery, only fell over once though, sliding down the Sheep Field. Not painful though.

6x800 with an extra 200 at the end. Total sprint distance 5k, time sprinting = 26:30. Nice sheltered route round Stanley on a windy day.
