One on one session with my work's physical therapist. Worked on new stretches and weighted hip strengthening exercises.
Him: "So how did your hip appointment go?"
Me: "I haven't had it yet.."
Him: "Didn't you get the referral sent out the last time that I was here?" *3 weeks ago*
Him: "This is why I don't work through hospitals anymore"

Morning run with Cozmo utilizing a different route.
One of the massage therapists was having a slow day so he was able to fit me in to a session

6am morning wake up run for Cozmo

Planned on going for a long run with Cozmo but unfortunately, a new aggressive dog in the neighborhood bit Cozmo's face.... The dog was off leash and in the middle of the road, whereas mine was on his leash..
I'm not a fan of kicking dogs.... but like...damn if it's latched onto mine then heck yeah I'll shove it away!
Unfortunately I am pretty sure that i pulled a muscle in my quad by doing such a forced awkward movement when shooing the dog away from him and sprinting away.
(My work's physical therapist is coming in on Saturday so I'm planning on having him do some needling on the muscle)
