Orienteering 30:00 [3]

SS orienteering at Yarralumla. Pretty good run for me with virtually no mistakes. Interesting course around some of the less used parts of the map but pretty easy which made it hard work running. Cracker evening and was a pleasure to ride home next to the lake.

Tuesday Mar 16

Running 35:00 [3]

Lunchtime run to test out the ankle. went round the lake since was a bit flatter and smoother, ankle was ok just a bit stiff but i felt terrible, had to cut off the peninsular and barely made it back to work without stopping and walking.

Monday Mar 15

Ran home from the hospital after visiting Em and Toms new little boy Mica. Did about 20min of 70/20 fartlek from bruce ridge up to the black mtn circumcision track and around it. Went over on my ankle for the first time in ages after 20 min and hobbled home, it doesnt seem too bad luckily.
