Hobble into work, super stiff after yesterday's run

After getting back from a week at the snow headed out for an arvo run without much of a plan. Started out to check out the new mtb track at the arboretum and was feeling pretty ordinary but then running down off the arboretum with a plan to come back through Kama for 90min I felt better and though i might check out the new track on the south side of the molonglo.
For some reason it didnt occur to me that this would be quite a bit longer and after a while i was feeling pretty cooked. Luckily i bumped into Seb who was finishing a lap of the centenary trail and have me a drink, he also offered me some gels and an almond biscuit but i was too dehydrated to think about eating. This picked me up a bit and I put my head down and struggled home feeling very stiff and with a very sore foot (usual plantar type foot pain). Good tough hit out, hopefully next weekend doesnt feel like this much of a struggle.
