Had been holding out hopes of a return to the scene with a parkrun, but it was not to be; feeling almost fine though, so headed down anyway to provide a bit of moral support. A nice little course which looked almost enjoyable, so hopefully will be returning soon to make my debut.
Stuck in that limbo between being sick and being healthy - feeling a bit ill, but okay enough to easy run without it feeling terrible, but really not wanting to do anything too hard or fast. As enjoyable as this is, figured I'd rather just ease off a little and shake it, rather than dragging this out any longer than it needs to be.

Had a lecture 2 to 3, but then immediately headed out to Braids to find the long run. Bumped into them surprisingly soon so went for some lovely Craigmillar miles with Ali before heading for some solo Hermitage, back to Kings to get my bag and then home. Lacking energy initially, but after a bit of chat and some fresh air, quite enjoyed things.

Over the Hill relay in a team with Matt. However, didn't fully appreciate the name of the race and just went to the top of the Seat and back, missing the extra little loop at the top, obviously resulting in a nice DSQ (sorry Matt). Quads not having the most fun after yesterday but certainly could have been a lot worse.
