10x 2mins [2mins] on the bikes in the gym where we're staying. Definitely significantly lower the average age of the gym and got a lot of odd looks when I started to get a nice sweat on, but X-Training is still much more enjoyable when you're in Spain.

Cruisy middle from the accommodation. Nav was pretty solid with only a few slips. Still loving the tasty forest.

First race of the Scottish Sprint. Took it nice and chilled so as not to kill the knee too hard. Forest was pretty sweet and still managed to make some mistakes despite jogging. Put in a bit of effort in the urban bit at the end just to hoover up some fastest splits as everyone else died.
