-Decent day. Kept randomly getting butterflies/nervous thinking about it throughout the day lol. Just knew I was getting ready to board the pain train. Nicole and I were only girls there today which was unusual but alright. Probably faster than previous times I've done it considering we were bounding for one of the hills. Although it's a fartlek I probably speed up and slow down more than I should. I'm able to crush the hills and drop Nicole but she catches up to me on the recovery sections. I'm obvs a sprinter at heart. Ended up dropping Nicole and catching/passing one of the slower boys. Was nice to have him there to have someone to chase. All in all pretty good day
