Anyways workout was decent. Pretty happy to basically run my marathon splits for 3km’s LOL. Aerobically good but the legs can’t handle the speed that long... it’s like having a 300hp engine on a 12 foot boat right now!

Just an easy rest day on the elliptical after some solid days of running. Focusing on strength and mobility today. Looking forward to a week of freeze your dick off weather!

Decided to break this one up. Slow run to start the morning off because the elliptical session was really good. Run after was tough since I went so hard on the elliptical
