Over the front of Craigendinnie into Glen Tanar. Along the south drive then a fast kilometre in 3:22. Back to school over the face again.

15 x 1' fastish with 1' rolling recovery (about 4:20/km)
Didn't feel great, especially for the first half, missed a few out from about 5 - 12 minutes and just ran steady. So still got 12 good ones Felt better coming back down the valley with a tailwind. Averaged about 3:15/km. Think I might have a bit of a cold lurking because legs felt fine but respiratory wise didn't.

The track was closed so wasn't sure what to do. Just decided to start running hard and see what happened. Felt good after 1k so decided to keep pushing it. Ended up breaking by 5k pb in the process so can't complain.

Easy with Peter. Snowy but nice underfoot. Felt great and really enjoyed it.

Pretty standard Deeside Way session. Bit of a headwind in the second half but didn't really effect me that much. Felt good and the time reflected it, fastest I've done this session.
