Run down to swim. Bit longer than yesterday. Legs felt fine for the first 2k but felt more tired in the 3rd kilometre. Bit frustrating.

Run down to swim. Legs felt stronger and fairly normal.

Swimming technique. Slowly, very slowly improving. Nicely hydrated by the end after swallowing half the pool.

While Robbie ran an impressive marathon, I ran a rather less impressive mile. Pushed the effort a bit but cant expect to feel good after not running in 6 days. Stopped to do some drills after 1.2

May as well put any exercise in at the moment. Trying to improve my technique.
