Warm-up, felt good. WD couldn't be bothered.

Garioch 10k
Plan was to start slow and move my way through. Felt good for the first 4k not too far behind the leaders. After that my legs just began to die and lost all bounce. Gradually got worse, even had a 4:25km near the end.
Really not what I needed and just clarifies that i'm not in a good way and in need of more rest. 5 days of rest/cycling.

Not a full session but nice to get the legs moving over. Felt better but maybe not 100%.
