Still feeling on the edge of something viral so not doing anything too active. Not slept well since starting uni because of paper thin windows and a 4am fire alarm for an hour last night.
Not doing much so physically feeling fine but I know its a day worth resting even if I don't want to.
EDIT: Feeling a bit viral tonight, a lot of the classic symptoms of going downhill.

Wallace Monument permanent O with Keiran. Nav was a bit scrappy overall. Physically feeling heavy and short of breath especially on any uphills which made things hard.

Headed out in the flatlands with Robin. The effort was about right and felt fine. Got a headache this afternoon and feeling a bit off so might be going down with a cold or very dehydrated.
