Note

Lots of outdoor stuff this week, went out climbing 3 times since monday I think. Sore from the week. Knee is swollen, been icing it lots.

Cross training 45:00 [3] 6.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

pre act, ass class, 10 min run, 10 min bike, 10 min ellip, 10 min circuit, 5 min run, hip mobility, drills, strides, speed ladder, stride, med ball, push and sit, abs.

This was one of the better circuits I've had. Worked hard for the cross training and was focused.

pre act, 15 min WU, 10 min Tempo, 10x1 min hard 1 min easy, 15 min CD, push and sit, rope, roll.

Knee is sore, trying not to complain though.... it's not broken. This was good, worked really hard and maintained myself. Having a tough go trying to get in shape again.

This was good, glad I made it through the workout.
