1st set: 14 low - 2nd set: 14 mid - 3rd set: 13 high

Hamstring didn't bother me at all during any running today, even dabbled with 100% stuff during the build ups and nothing. Still feeling a little awkward and uncoordinated but not nearly as much as Thursday. Happy to be running - found this workout hard to maintain focus for all 30 reps...mind was wandering a lot but brought it back everytime and only messed up a few splits because of it.

Hamstring is a little sore immediately after (around 2pm but feels fine now, 6pm).

Feeling good today - steadily improving and no set-backs from yesterday, which was the goal. On track to workout hard tomorrow.

-7x200m w/ 1min rest @ a pace that didn't hurt my hamstring
-cd
-push and sit
-roll, stretch and ice + heat + physio combo

Times were all 28-29...felt really awkward and rusty, like my body didn't remember how to run at all. Hamstring still didn't feel good doing this but in the sense that it was very weak and rusty, not painful like earlier this week.
